5. Content

6.2 Data Quality

We reserve the right to review, verify, and reject submitted data that does not meet our quality standards. Repeated submission of inaccurate data may result in account suspension.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOUCHLINE AFRICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
